Norfolk wedding photographer | Hunters Hall
On a bright, but chilly spring day, Sophie and Hamish said their gorgeous I-dos at Hunters Hall, a beautiful rustic wedding venue nestled deep in the heart of Norfolk countryside.
Surrounded by friends and family from down the road, to down the globe, their day was simply, 100% all about them and their love for each other.
Their shared mischievous sense of humour narrated the day, from their preparations to their partying, and their gallery is bursting with fun moments, silly moments and beautifully tender moments.
Shooting Sophie and Hamish’s wedding was extra special for me. Myself and my husband got married in Norfolk, so the county has a special place in my heart – especially when it comes to weddings.
This is their story.

What can we say…we absolutely love them!!!!! A few tears of emotion seeing all the amazing moments that were captured…it certainly brought back all the special feelings and excitement from the day.
Yourself and Erica have absolutely nailed it as far as we are concerned and we couldn’t be happier.
Thank you so much for agreeing to be our photographer for our perfect day. You are simply wonderful.
Norfolk weddings have a special place in my heart. My husband and I got married in a beautiful country church, about 10 miles south of Norwich, in the village where my husband grew up. The church is the closest building to his family home, and I always knew it’s where we’d get married. It just felt right and so personal. After we’d said our I-dos and been showered with confetti on the church path, we walked through the garden gate for our reception.
When Sophie and Hamish asked me to shoot their wedding at Hunter’s Hall it was a straight yes from me!
Couples getting married at Hunter’s Hall near Swanton Morley have exclusive access to the converted barn surrounded by fields and Norfolk countryside. With rooms onsite there’s space for bridal preparations in the light and airy bedrooms and every aspect of the day can happen in the same location, from ceremony to canapes and confetti, meal and first (and last!) dance – keeping stress levels down and maximising time for celebration!
Sophie and Hamish’s day was utterly beautiful and I loved being a small part of it. I love their photos – they’re so full of love and fun – just as their day was.
