Of course! When you treat someone to something special you want to be able to give them something lovely to open, which is why I’ve created a beautiful gift voucher presentation and information pack for you to hand deliver or pop in the post. The pack contains a special voucher with space for you to write your own message, together with information and details about the shoot experience. 

If you’re the lucky recipient of a family photoshoot gift voucher just call me (07769 652145) or email me (hello@quintessentialphotography.co.uk) as soon as possible to book your shoot and secure your date. If you’ve received a voucher for print credits let me know and I can help you bring your photos to life in print.

Photoshoots need to take place within 12 months of the gift voucher purchase. Please book as soon as possible as dates get booked up fast, especially during the spring and summer months.

Images are supplied via an online, password protected gallery. You can expect to receive your gallery within 4-6 weeks of your shoot, with a smaller, sneak peak gallery within 10 days.

Gift vouchers must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Vouchers hold no cash value and can not be refunded or exchanged. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Copyright is retained by myself as photographer and images must not be sold or edited.

On booking their shoot, the recipient will be sent some Terms and Conditions – it’s all fairly standard stuff – just as if they were booking the shoot themselves. It covers information including:

> what they’ll receive

> how images can be enjoyed (just so you know, they’ll be able to use, share and print all of the images supplied within their package [so long as images are not edited or sold for commercial gain]), together with copyright information (as the image creator I retain copyright, though they can use the images as stated above – that’s just the way the law works)

> details of the postponement procedure for bad weather, illness and so on.

I also set out how I like to be able to use images for my business use. As a small independent photography business, displaying images on my website and social media and through awards entries is crucial for me to showcase my work and for others to view my portfolio of real life shoots. You may have looked at my work online to get a feel for my style before booking me, and will appreciate how important it is to be able to see examples of real-life images. I am sensitive about how I do this. I don’t overshare and always give clients time to look at and enjoy their gallery of images first – and to let me know if there’s any image they’d rather not have shared, or if there’s a reason why the shoot cannot be shared at all.
