Hello, I’m Jo. I’m a documentary wedding photographer, family photographer, people watcher, moment catcher, memory collector and happy times curator.

Home is the vibrant market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire, just north of London. Most of my shoots are in and around Hertfordshire, though I travel across the UK documenting beautiful wedding and family stories – special events and everyday days.

I believe that the very best photos aren’t about how you look. They’re about how they make you feel.

Whether you’re looking through your gallery for the first time, or sharing it with your children or your children’s children in ten, twenty, or thirty years’ time, the best images are those that make you want to call your family and friends and say, ‘remember when…?’ and tell them how much you love them.

Whether I’m documenting precious memories of your big day, or capturing beautiful photos of family life, my inspiration and motivation is the same: I’m fascinated by people and relationships.

It’s a privilege to be invited into your wedding plans and your home and I’ll never stop striving for honest and creative ways to tell the stories of you and those you love.
