Hertfordshire Family Photos – Snow in Hitchin

With family photoshoots on temporary hold (thanks Covid, thanks lockdown), my cameras did a little happy dance when the snow came down and the sledge came out. Please forgive the indulgence of photos – it’s been so long and I had so much fun.

We made the most of the snow with our garden ‘hill’, with Daddy doing all the legwork. Not quite the same as the legendary Hitchin Windmill Hill, but we figured it’d be chocca with seasoned sledging pros, so we stuck to our own private slopes. A shame, as sledging on Windmill Hill was genuinely one of the things I was most excited about when we moved to Hitchin, but we still had fun – there was still plenty of lockdown garden snow for snowball fight practice….

I’ve so missed meeting all my fabulous families for fun photoshoots over the past year. I can’t wait to get back to it – as soon as lockdown rules permit, I’ll be back to doing what I love – meeting lovely families to create special galleries of their days together.
We may be in lockdown, but I’m still taking bookings. I’ve got availability for photoshoots in Hitchin and throughout Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire from Saturday 27 March 2021 (the start of the school Easter holidays). If we’re still in lockdown by then we’ll just postpone.
Message me to book in and to be added to my list for priority booking once we get the green ‘lockdown is lifted’ light.
